Courage to Connect – Support for Veterans Navigating PTSD

Veterans worldwide are invited to join Courage to Connect, a free virtual PTSD support group designed to provide a safe space for healing and connection. This group meets on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM CST and is open to all veterans who may be struggling. You are not alone—this is a place to be heard, supported, and understood. Simply join via Zoom using ID 861-1519-2209. If there is no activity after 8:00 PM, the group will pause and resume the following month.
